Politics for dummies, three reasons why we’re not smart enough to run our own lives.

Charles Manson is up for parole for his series of murders in Beverly Hills back in 1969. (That summer seemed to last forever). But the media is trying to murder our Constitution, and I don’t think anyone is going to jail for it. Dr. Ron Paul is trying to resuscitate the victim, but I for one am fearing that the case may be terminal.

Big Washington bureaucracy and big corporate bureaucracy have demonstrated that we aren’t competent to run our own lives. We have to live according to their standards, fitting in to their neat, orderly formulas, conforming to their well researched theories.

In their eyes, we aren’t intelligent enough to pound a post into the ground. Here are three reasons why we shouldn’t be allowed to run our own lives.

1. Our employees/citizens think that they should have some freedom to do things their way. We can’t have that! If they won’t mindlessly obey, then we must crush them.

…there is in the nature of sovereign power an impatience of control that disposes those who are invested with the exercise of it to look with an evil eye upon all external attempts to restrain or direct  its operations.-Hamilton, Federalist 15.

This principle used to work both ways, and the framers of the Constitution believed that they could counterpoise the states against the federal government. Each would more or less keep the other in check. But I think that in our more enlightened times, we realize that Bubba in Oklahoma City can’t possibly know as much about how my life should be run than Mr. Romney in Washington D. C. Bubba in OKC needs to just stay the heck out-of-the-way of Obamney in DC.

Did you consent to title 42 the Civil Rights Act?

2. Everyone else is ruled by a dictator? Why aren’t we?

He said [Samuel the prophet] “This is what the king who will reign over you will do: he will take your sons and make them serve…Some he will assign to be commanders…others to plow his ground and reap his harvest, and still others to make weapons of war and equipment..He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his slaves. When that day comes, you will cry out for relief from the king you have chosen, and the Lord will not answer you in that day.”

But the people refused to listen to Samuel. “No!” they said. “We want a king over us. Then we will be like all the other nations….” I Samuel 8: 11-20

We insist on having the same health care system as all of the rest of the world. Even though the World Health Organization rates us as number one for patient choice in the world, according to The Jerry Doyle Show. Odd…if we’re number one….why would we want to downgrade to be like everyone else?

And we’ve had the most liberated, free society in history. Why do we want to be like everyone else? That country has a strong Executive. That dictator can really get things done. I wish we were more like that.

We’re rigging our elections, and stealing them from Ron Paul. The rightful leader of our society (Samuel/Ron Paul)…..we don’t want him. He just doesn’t look Presidential. He’s too old. His ideas were all right twenty years ago, but they don’t work now. We want a king….and we want him to be tall and handsome.

Ron Paul stolen democracy (this may be one of the most important election fraud videos ever!)

Hidden camera catches Missouri GOP Admitted they rigged….

3. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. But petty power corrupts just way outta proportion.

It [tendency of inferior powers to resist superior powers] has its origins in the love of power. Power controlled or abridged is almost always the rival and enemy of that power by which it is controlled or abridged.-Hamilton, Federalist 15.

Power is not a means, it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power.-George Orwell, 1984.
